The first fast Turbo yeast developed and gives high yields
For 24 hour fermenting.
Instructions:
First add 21L of water at 35°c to your fermenter.
Then add 6 kgs of sugar, mix well until fully dissolved.
Finally add contents of the Alcotec 24 Hour Turbo Yeast sachet.
Leave to ferment at 20-30°c, best is 25°c.
Ready in 24 hours!
For 25 Litre brews.

This yeast is awesome! Add an extra cup of raw sugar and she almost explodes into action haha
Non stop bubbling for about 24hrs starts to slow down on the second day. I wait 3 days.. highest yield of 93%so far. Makes a nice clean spirit too. I highly recommend trying it.
