Alcotec Vodka Star is a yeast and nutrient blend designed for a clean, purity-focused 25-litre wash. With 6kg of sugar it can reach approximately 14% ABV in 5–6 days under suitable conditions; 5.5kg gives a lower-yield wash aimed at greater cleanliness.

You will need the specified quantity of fermentable sugar, a suitable fermenter and temperature control. Follow the packet’s water, pitching and temperature instructions exactly.
Helpful information
It can also be used with fruit, but sugar content, acidity and nutrients can change fermentation performance. Ensure fermentation is complete before any next processing step.
