Black Rock Colonial Lager is a light coloured, easy-drinking session lager with low bitterness – perfect to quench a hard-earned thirst on a sunny day.

Hops – Green Bullet, Pacific Jade
Water
Yeast (under the lid)
Hop extracts may be present.

Typical Analysis: 6+/-2 EBC (Colour), 16+/-2 EBU (Bitterness)

Recommended

Enhance the natural malt flavour of your brew with 1kg of:
Dextrose, Liquid Brewing Sugar, Brew Enhancer or Coopers Enhancer
Or, for more body, colour and malt flavour use (may want to consider using an extra yeast packet):
Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light or Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.5kg
