Black Rock Golden Ale

Generous use of specialty ale malt with Nelson Hops, has created this refreshingly deep Golden Ale.

Black Rock Golden Ale is brewed with Ale and Lager malts with Caramalt and Roasted specialty malts for a rich golden colour. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate-strong bitterness.

Hops – Green Bullet, Pacific Jade
Water
Yeast (under the lid)
Hop extracts may be present

Typical Analysis: 12+/-2 EBC (colour), 27+/-2 EBU (Bitterness)

Recommended

Enhance the natural malt flavour of your brew with 1kg of:
Dextrose, Liquid Brewing Sugar, Brew Enhancer or Coopers Enhancer
Or, for more body, colour and malt flavour use (may want to consider using an extra yeast packet):
Black Rock Unhopped Light, Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light or Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.5kg
