Black Rock Stout

Previously called Black Rock Miners Stout

The West Coast coal miners meal at the end of the day. Dark, smooth and satisfying.

Black Rock Classic Stout is a rich, dark, smooth Stout. Brewed with four specialty malts Black Rock Miners Stout is a rewarding, balanced beer with a moderate bitterness to balance the roasted malt flavours.

Ingredients

Malts – lager,crystal,roasted barley,roasted malt
Hops – Green Bullet, Pacific Jade
Water
Yeast (under the lid)
Caramel
Hop extracts may be present.

Typical Analysis: 100+/-10 EBC (Colour), 30+/-5 EBU (Bitterness)

Recommended to be used in place of dextrose or sugar to produce a fuller bodied, fuller flavoured beer:

Or, enhance the natural malt flavour of your brew with 1kg of:
Dextrose, Liquid Brewing Sugar, Brew Enhancer or Coopers Enhancer
