A distinctive, medium hopping beer first brewed for the British serving in India.
Black Rock Pale Ale is brewed to deliver a typical Australasian Pale Ale flavour with a light colour. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness.

Enhance the natural malt flavour of your brew with 1kg of:
Dextrose, Liquid Brewing Sugar, Brew Enhancer or Coopers Enhancer
Or, combine 2 cans of Black Rock Pale Ale for a more powerful hop aroma and bitterness.
Or, a can of unhopped malt (may want to consider using an extra yeast packet):
Black Rock Unhopped Light or Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.5kg
