Black Rock Porter is a dark malty English style beer. Brewed with four specialty malts Black Rock Porter is a complex, full flavoured dark beer.

Malteurop NZ lager malt base

Gladfield Malt Dark Chocolate & Light Chocolate malts for colour and some lovely coffee/chocolate flavours and aromas, Medium Crystal malt to give us some sweet caramel flavours and body, & Aurora Malt which couples really well with the Medium Crystal to bring bready and fruitcake aromas.

NZ Hops Ltd Green Bullet Hops – 16 IBU

Mmmmmm, all that tasty NZ produce, lovingly crafted into a fresh wort, gently packaged for you to make exceptional brewery quality beers in your own home.

Best brewed with Black Rock Unhopped Dark – Malteurop NZ lager malt, Gladfield Dark Chocolate, Crystal, Black and Roasted malts to give even more rich flavour and body to these brews.

For even better results, combine with a can of Black Rock Unhopped Dark & an 11.5g sachet of Ferments SafAle US-05 Yeast.
