This full malt draught beer recipe is made by our brewers using high quality malt and hops to deliver a smooth and satisfying beer.

Ingredients:
Malted barley, water, hops, caramel and yeast (under the lid). Hop extracts may be present.

Dextrose, Liquid Brewing Sugar, Brew Enhancer or Coopers Enhancer
Or, for more body, colour and malt flavour use (may want to consider using an extra yeast packet):
Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light or Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.5kg
