What is it?
Lightly roasted, crystalized malt with a lovely red hue. Unique to Gladfield Malt.
How does it taste?
Caramel, candied prune, with a slight bitter orange flavour.
What does it add to the beer?
Increase body and head retention.
Typical Beer Styles:
Red Ales or Red IPA
